How do I transfer ringtones from my computer to my phone?

I have a Motorola Razor and I want to transfer ringtones from my computer to my phone. How do I do this??
I have US Cellular and I don’t have internet service. Is there anyway to transfer mp3’s from my computer to my phone without using the internet?

   attach the file with the ringtone to an email and send it to your phone. idk what service u have but for verizon i just send the email to: mynumber(including area code)@vzwpix.com and then my phone recieves it as a pics message and i can save it as a ringtone.

   if you have usb slot on your phone, you could use usb cord to transfer files from your computer to your phone or bluetooth.
