I know some music stores sell CD software with all kind of ringtones, you might try the music store or computer software store. Also, some mobiles have the feature where you compose your own ringtones. Some people just record a favourite tune and save it to their tones.

you can also try recording if you have this feature on your phone. just select which part of the song that you want and make sure you got good quality sound from your source, either from your PC or from your player..
