hey,

i guess the best thing to answer your question is to tell you flash was crated by adobe, so they own everything in it, the only way in my experience to create flash games is by learning action script the latest version is action script 3 AS3 you can find how to create flash games on lynda.com you can subscribe and watch tutorials etc. you just need to be creative
