What program should I use to make flash games?

I am wanting to start developing flash games for online
(aka: Browser Games)

What is the best program, Would any of these work:

DreamWeaver by Adobe
Macromedia Flash 8

or just post one you use to develop games if you do.

Has to be able to do good graphics, etc.

Contract Mobile phones

   DreamWeaver makes HTML websites. Flash makes games.

   Use Flash.

   Flash is the program that is used to make Flash games.
   Both Dreamweaver and Flash we’re made by Macromedia until they were bought out by Adobe a few years ago. so the latest version is Adobe Flash CS4.
   Though If you have a copy of Macromedia Flash 8 that will work just as well, just it doesn’t have support for Actionscript 3(the code used to make the games work)

   Dreamweaver is a HTML editor for making websites. though you can make a site with it and easily import your Flash game into the website using it.

   Dreamweaver comes with Fireworks which is a relativity good package fo making flash presentations and interfaces, but Flash is more adaptable and you can write more complex games in it much easier. It’s more expensive, through.
